Welcome to the Wiff Website. Your use of this website is governed by these terms and conditions set out below. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions and your use of the website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Wiff Limited’s address and registered office is 77 School Lane, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 6WN; registered in England and Wales with company registration number 10457665 – Please note that no returns are to be sent to this address, please contact us to arrange delivery.
The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless they notify the Seller within 7 days of their receipt for UK orders or 28 days for international orders. (This does not affect the customers statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Wiff shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose and may not accept any reject at a later date.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and within the original packaging. Please take extra care to read Care information that we will email once an order has been placed as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged. If goods are returned after 14 days of receipt delivery will not be refunded. Please note unless the goods are faulty the cost of returning the goods must be met by the customer. Unfortunately, this will not be reimbursed by Wiff.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, the customer agrees to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any faulty products to us, please email email@example.com with the reason for your return and contact details and a member of our team will get back to you within 24 hours. You are required to pack the items in the same way that they were despatched to you. When returning items, it is strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Cancelling an Order
Cancellations are only accepted if the customer notifies Wiff before the order has been dispatched. This is usually within 24 hours of the order being received.
Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation request. If the goods have already been dispatched, Wiff cannot refund any monies spent on postage & packaging. Please see our returns policy for returning an item to us.
